Meet the Team

Iris is co founder of the firm which she established in 1984 before becoming the sole proprietor in 1988. The business continues to flourish and she now runs it with her son and co partner. Iris has always been active in the local community, serving on the board of the local Residents Association, local school and First Lady President of Enfield Rotary Club. Iris has a large family and enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family and grandchildren.

Christian started with the firm in his early years before going to university to carry out his degree in Building Surveying. He worked for a blue chip company in their property section and then continued his learning curve by working for a large developer before returning to Mortemore Mackay. Now a partner with the firm, Christian continues the ethos set by Iris together with the valuable experience gained elsewhere. Christian is keen on most sports, especially football, cricket and golf.

Marianne joined the company in 1996 and since that time has developed skills in all facets of the industry. She provides support for the sales and lettings team as well as looking after the estate management side. Marianne enjoys spending time with her young family and her dogs.

Andrew started his Estate Agency career in 1988 and has been based in North London ever since. He ran one of the largest offices for a large corporate agency, successfully improving and meeting targets every year. Andrew decided he would like to leave the corporate world and be part of a successful independent where he could apply his skills and enthusiasm for the industry. Andrew spends his free time with the family and living locally you are bound to bump into him.
